JONATHAN "STAMBO" STAMBOLITIS

Jonathan was born in Lexington, South Carolina, and graduated from the University of South Carolina with degrees in Real Estate and Finance. His interest in hospitality was sparked at his family's iconic Flight Deck Restaurant and further developed at his martini bar, Arkos, which became a staple in Lexington’s dining culture. In his subsequent role with U.S. Foods, he quietly propelled top dining spots in Savannah and Charleston to their peak. Following a life-changing car accident, Jonathan pivoted to property development, where he applies his local savvy to revitalize underutilized properties into premier developments. A conversationalist at heart, he channels his genuine interest in people and the world into every interaction. Jonathan enjoys boating with his ever-present golden doodle as his co-captain and co-founded Purty Property Co. with his fiancée, Kit in 2022.

KATIE "KIT" PANTONE

DESIGN LEAD, CO-FOUNDER

Kit was born in the rugged beauty of Colorado where she hit the slopes almost as soon as she could walk. She graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design and earned her design degree with honors. She honed her craft over five years at Coca-Cola where she collaborated with leading architectural agencies around the world to deliver stunning workplaces and experiences. Her influence extended across global offices including notable projects in Georgia and Dublin. Eventually, her passion for timeless architecture brought her to Charleston, which also serendipitously led her to fiancée Jonathan. Kit’s design eye complements Jonathan's development savvy - making them the perfect professional duo. Beyond the blueprints and design boards, Kit treasures quality time with her family and seeks out Charleston’s nooks for continuous inspiration.
